As a firm of solicitors we take any form of criticism seriously and, where relevant and appropriate, will take action to improve our services whenever necessary. However, we expect our clients to advise us of their dissatisfaction in the first instance in order that we might investigate and take appropriate action. We cannot trace any record of complaint whereby an expression of dissatisfaction has been received by us concerning any leases. If there is a genuine complaint here then we would request that this is made to us by any means – phone, email or letter – in order that we may respond. We have a comprehensive complaints procedure which ALL clients are advised of at the beginning of our relationship.

Dreadful solicitors. Made a 999 year lease for our management company for our block of flats, very expensive, took forever and were very rude about it. They then acted for a buyer for one of the flats and advised us there was a flaw in the lease which would require the payment of £120.00 to patch it!!!! Can you believe it, they rubbished their own work shamelessly.
I would not trust these people to set up pet care for my cat, let alone manage ANY details for a property I owned or was about to buy. They are expensive and clearly poor at their job, since not even they can recommend their work.

I used the conveyancing and commercial solicitors to extend the lease on my flat and sell the property. They provided a mediocre job for very expensive charges
